3. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order and payment is successfully received:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Production and processing of the product begins immediately since items are handmade

  • Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • Payment is not completed

  • Information provided is incorrect

  • The order appears fraudulent or high-risk

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice depending on design, raw material and market conditions.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing transactions.

We do not store or have access to your banking or card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery timelines are clearly mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the delivery timelines.

Once the order is dispatched, delays caused due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Operational restrictions

  • Remote area service limitations

are beyond our control. We will always assist, but we cannot be held liable for delay.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Since all products are handcrafted:

Refund is provided only in the case of damaged product delivered, and only when:

  • The customer informs us within 48 hours

  • Unboxing video (without cuts) is provided

  • Clear proof of damage is submitted
