Order Processing Time

Every product listed on our website is handmade and often made-to-order. This means that the crafting process begins only after your order is confirmed.

We require 3 to 5 business days to:

  • Create and finish the handmade item

  • Perform thorough quality inspection

  • Pack the product safely with protective packaging

During high-volume periods such as festivals, sales, or promotional events, processing time may slightly increase. We request your patience — handcrafted products take time and care, not speed.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been crafted, checked, and packed, it will be dispatched through our courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Other Urban Locations: 5 to 7 business days

  • Remote or Interior Areas: 7 to 10 business days

These timelines are approximate and may vary based on courier workload, weather conditions, holidays, or local delivery restrictions.


Courier & Tracking Information

We ship orders using trusted logistics networks such as:
Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket Partner Couriers, Ekart, or DTDC (depending on service availability in your area).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

Packaging Care

We believe in safe and secure packaging. Each product is:

Incorrect Shipping Details

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the parcel

Work begins immediately to produce the item specifically for you.
